THE BEACH at SELWICKS BAY

Just 250 metres from the front door of Beacon Cottage, Selwicks Bay beach is a delight for nature lovers and children of all ages. There are sea caves, sea stacks, arches, hidden coves and rock pools to explore, or relax on the sandy part of the beach. You'll probably be spied upon by at least one inquisitive seal popping its head out of the water to check out the visiting humans!

FLAMBOROUGH HEADLAND

Nature has carved out its own sculptures all around Flamborough Headland, providing a safe haven for myriad bird species and marine mammals, including seals, dolphins, whales, puffins, gannets, guillemots and even an albatross!
